A few good articles in the local paper about what is going on in Steamboat. Showings are definitely on the increase, first time homebuyers getting in gear to take advantage of tax credit, predictions that interest rates are going up has folks checking out the scenery. We now have the ability to do property searches for short sales, foreclosures and bank-owned properties more easily than before. There are some fabulous opportunities here.
